Buffet breakfast is good and I like the city centre location.

The location which is close to SM MindPro and eateries.

The Wifi signal to my room was very unstable as I have to log in every 15 seconds

I smelled paint at nighttime. I asked the front desk if somebody was painting the walls and they said mining was. Then next morning I chanced upon the maintenance guy in the morning and I asked if there were painting the night before and he said, ‘Yes, on the 5th floor.’ If you’re a hotel use non toxic paint .

Location was fine as it was in the heart of the city, a short walk to many commercial shopping options and fast food chains. Bed was comfortable enough.

The hotel didn’t seem to have its act together. Had to ask for toilet paper. Only had one public toilet on the 2/F which seemed perpetually occupied. Staff could be heard singing or talking loudly from inside the room. The reception on the in room TV was fuzzy, so I didn’t bother. The lights turn off immediately after taking out the key card. I was given several coupons with codes for the WiFi which were only valid for 24 hours each. I made the mistake of leaving them on the narrow desk which housekeeping threw away, I guessed.

It’s right in the city, lots of shops and restaurant/cafes close by to get your essentials. The size of the room is big too.

The room was fested by cockroaches, just roaming around like they paid! Also the hair in the bathroom all over the floor, it was not cleaned properly.

The front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating. I arrived very early from my flight coming from Manila and they accommodated my request for check in subject to room availability. Thankfully a room freed up earlier. The room was big and I love that I am on a high floor. The only problem was that the wifi was spotty in some areas of the room. You just need to find a spot where it works. Location was very convenient. I would stay again but I would like them to train their housekeeping staff better.

I think that the housekeeping staff should be trained to knock first before barging in. The first time it happened I let it slide since the male housekeeping staff thought I have not checked in yet and he was there to join my 2 single beds. So there I was a solo female traveler and peacefully unpacking and imagine my horror that my door suddenly opened. Forgivable as he said he thought I wasn't in my room yet but that was already about 10mins since I got inside my room. Imagine if I was changing my clothes when that happened. I was surprised that on my check out day, I was fast asleep and suddenly housekeeping barged in again. There was no knock from the door to announce housekeeping. I am a light sleeper and can wake up from these slight noises. I was pretty sure there was no knock nor a voice calling out housekeeping. The weird part was I was checking out on that day so why would there be housekeeping at 8am. Anyway, I couldn't sleep after that since I was so disturbed and nervous. I was thinking I could sleep until one hour before check out. It's a good thing I latched the door latch so it did not fully open. I screamed loud in surprise and the female voice just said housekeeping and apologized. What also contributed to me not being able to fall back asleep was the noise along the hallway, it seemed that the staff were talking to each other but if it were guests, I hope hotel staff would know how to tell them off.

They claim to be a business hotel when Internet speed is only 0.8Mbps, it failed to connect to an important conference call and even load Gmail, I had to use my mobile data to finish some work since the internet was unusable. Shower curtain has mold and absolutely disgusting, the room was not clean, hair was on the floor and in the shower, beddings, sheets and pillows had stains, some even had old blood stains, towels were old and yellowish. 5th floor hallway had a strong smoke smell. They are very cheap and greedy, no complimentary water, no safe, no fridge/minbar, no hair dryer, even the breakfast was a "sample breakfast" 1/4 of a scrambled egg and a 1/2 teaspoon of butter.

Request was not made possible like we asked for extra towels.. they said we have to pay! Duh..then no effort to ask us if we still the towels...

Excellent stay as major destinations are just within the area

No mini vault installed where we could put our valuable items when we are out of the room.

The location is a plus! The bed is soft and comfy...

1. When i arrived in the room, there were no soap. I needed to ask over the phone which never arrived. When i went out, i saw a staff cleaning other rooms, thus i asked for a soap. And they only can give 2 pcs... 2. I asked for my breakfast to be delivered in my room since i was running out of time. To my dismay, they were asking for a delivery charge of PhP50.00.... I was shocked and this is the first time ever in my life, to have this kind of arrangement. 3. The breakfast was with toasted bread and scrambled egg, i think they used quail egg instead of the chicken egg. The portion was damn small!!!

Looks good in photos but not when you get inside the room.The sheets weren’t clean it was itchy we had to call housekeeping to change the beddings and felt relieved the housekeeping guy was nice and still smiling even when we complained which is good. Sink was also clogged.the only good thing is the location very close to government offices.

1. Cockroaches abound. You’ll see a lot of them especially in the rest room at night. Very poor maintenance. Do not leave uncomsumed food unless you want to share it with the night crawlers. 2. No daily replenishment of toiletries. 3. No room service to clean your room or change your towels and sheets. You will need to ask if you want want one. And when they come, they will just fix your bed and not change the sheets. They, however, replaced the towels. 4. No aircon at the cafeteria. Make do with a huge fan. 5. No bellboys to take your stuff to your room or walk you thru their facilities. You are totally independent. Except the guards are really nice better than the concierge staffs. 6. Wifi sucks! Good as none. 7. I find the female info desk staffs rather rude to a filipino standard. She’ll stare at you with big eyes expecting you perhaps to greet her first and initiate the conversation. 8. Concierge will not allow you to leave stuff. 9. Elevator is under maintenance. Too many drilling and pounding. Too noisy and irritating. No prior notice was given. Even during the check in.

Walking distance to malls and other establishments. Staffs are nice. Hotel is clean.

One that i dont like was we asked their resto if they can provide us utensils. They will asked for 100peso deposit but they will return after using.

We were accommodated for early check-in. The staff were friendly. The hotel charges were quite affordable. The location is in the city center. Room was spacious. It was easy to go around.

Aircon doesn't work well. I hope they can check the aircon units.

Accesibility

I didn't like the smell of the room, I complained the second day but they didn't clean it properly. I endorsed a package addressed to a person who will pick up my package but it was informed upon claiming that there was no package left at the frontdesk.

It is very difficult to have a parking space. The security and the front desk are not coordination very well. The room set up was incomplete and we requested towels for about 3 times then on the 4th time it was delivered.
